All lodging is sound and secure. Students are separated by gender and lodged away from their ministry areas. Our security teams also watch night activity.

The student to leader ratio is 10 to 2 on every mission trip. Your youth leader will be responsible for this ratio. While onsite, your youth leader will work directly with experienced CIM directors. CIM staff is a combination of CIM core leaders and former youth pastor participants.

Commissioned International works directly with local partners whose fulltime ministry is to disciple the lost. They have tremendous experience of the regions and people in whom your child will be ministering to.

Leadership candidates are trained in areas of ministry, leadership, discipline and accountability. They are also required to have past missions experience. All leaders are mature adults who have had previous missions, youth or leadership experience.

Who are they?
On all Commissioned International mission trips, two Directors oversee all administrative operations and are directly involved in the teaching, training, discipleship and ministry of the entire group. Each Director has significant experience in missions.

What will be taught?
Your youth will be inspired to draw closer to God through daily quiet times, personal testimonies and evening sessions. Our goal is for them to develop a greater love for the lost and a deeper understanding of God’s purpose in their lives.
