Planning trips
We encourage you to come and view your site prior your mission trip. You will be able to better prepare your church in important matters such as safety, ministry and accommodations. Also, these trips will include excursions! You will have the options of fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, jungle river tours and/or hiking.

Trip Progress
During each mission trip, your parents and friends will be able to view, on our website, actual letters, pictures and testimonies of your daily events. Utilize this tool in order to bring added security to worrying parents.

Student Recruiting
We strongly suggest having an CIM director help plug your trip at one of your youth nights. When this tool is utilized, along with parents meetings, we have seen a tremendous increase in student interest.

Resources
You will receive online information & material by mail explaining the procedures of acquiring passports, insurance, immunization and other vital information for your mission trip.

Website
One unique feature of our website is our login page. Through this link, your students will be able to login into a personalized page designed by you. This is a great way to post important information such as upcoming fundraisers.

Spiritual Preparation
Your students will receive two very impacting preparation books. One is a devotional book that each will read weeks before your trip. The second book is a quiet time devotional that each will read one week prior to your trip and continue reading during quiet time on your trip.

Organization
Each participant will receive a pre-trip manual as well as a trip manual. Each pastor will receive a tools packet once committed and training material prior to trip in order to prepare their church.

Keeping Memories
Each student will receive a picture CD and memory video of their trip. These items are great for showing family, friends and supporters!

Resources

Our pastor’s video is produced to give your senior pastor an understanding of CIM’s credibility. Our student video is designed to bring excitement and anticipation to your students.

We cover every aspect of our mission trips, travel help, in order for you to focus on preparing your students. All ministry, transportation, lodging, food, worship, sessions, excursion help and more are provided on site.

Youth pastor is given resources on site
While on site, we provide many resources on request including cell phones minutes, internet access, private sleeping quarters, coffee, and a one day free excursion separate from students.
